They describe the situation as an all-you-can-eat buffet for 6 million rats in paris, which double the human population. The rats will rummage around the bins, produce there and leave their urine, which is concerning to the health risk for refuse collectors and the general population. reaction: I think that Macron (the french president) should find solutions for this as soon as possible, because this is a really serious matter. I also think that French population and tourists should start taking care of the environment very seriously.  question: what can the French population do to help with this matter?
