It said, "The strike triggers a change in rat behavior". I wondered "Where are the proof and statistics?". I hoped this part should be given more information regarding rats' threat to humans. However, I think one of the questions to be asked about this article is, "Where are the citizens' perspectives towards the strike?". The author tended to focus more on the government's retirement reforms and left out the part of outsiders or citizens' feelings and opinions towards the strike and the tonnes of rubbish around the city.
